Summer is getting around the corner and I know I won't be having my perfect body, my perfect strength and be in perfect shape by the first of June, but I will have progress :). I can feel it. I'm a little more flexible, i can run a little longer and it feels so so great.
I also bought these weights a few days ago and I made a fitspiration photo of it!
And of course I've been doing some arm exercises with it.
